Dorset charity launches new ‘Mind Tools’

‘Mind Tools’ is a new package of manageable bite-sizedtraining sessions on a wide range of different wellbeing subjects from Dorset Mind that will ensure the conversation about mental health continues throughout the year. The charity has launched this initiative with anintroductory offer – book eleven sessions with their expert trainers and get the twelfth FREE!*

Sessions include topics that are useful within the workplace – and at home. They include Stress Management, Menopause and Mental Health, Money and Mental Health, Boundaries and Resilience and the vital How to Support Someone in a Crisis.

Marie-Clare Gale, Dorset Mind’s Training Manager explains how the idea came about, “Adapting our trainingoffering to swiftly support business needs is a real USP for Dorset Mind’s Training Team. ‘Mind Tools’ was created in response to a notable increase in requests for shorter ‘lunch and learn’ awareness sessions. Companies choosewhich topics we deliver from a suite of sixteen topics – which allows them to select ones they know will benefit their employees the most.”
