Exciting year ahead for small marketing company

When starting their digital marketing business in March 2013, with no external investment or loans and only a small budget, Directors Phil Greeno and Miranda Aldridge’s primary message of delivering “ethical and organic” marketing for clients has been so successful, that they are now looking to add to their team of 6 with another member only 10 months later.

Miranda & Phil formed Hook Solutions after working on a project that required web development and digital marketing for a third party. Phil had a small and long-term client base already with his web design services and Miranda realised her potential to bring in and manage clients marketing strategies so that together they could offer a complete service built on good ethical foundations.

They both liked the others qualities with regards to setting up a client’s website and marketing strategy so that the client had the best possible chance of getting their message out there and also rise to the top of search engines such as Google naturally, with no questionable methods that might cause “harm” to a website or company reputation later on.

Miranda commented “I think the key is sticking rigidly to our ethos that attention to detail and an ethical approach reap rewards in the long run, there are many pitfalls out there online and helping our clients avoid them is part of our service”

Phil: “Our clients recognise that we have their best intentions at heart. If something won’t fly, we’ll happily tell them straight away or show them another way that could be more successful. I think we’re only happy when the client is happy and this can lead to some late nights, as shown by the bags under my eyes in the photo! We’re also careful in selecting the clients we choose to work with as our medicine isn’t for everyone!”

Since March 2013, the newly formed Hook Solutions Ltd. began servicing clients marketing strategies and both the creative / technical and marketing departments have grown as a result.

Miranda: “Our team are all highly motivated individuals, who are excited to work alongside us and that we’ve hand-picked from hundreds of applicants, these are skilled individuals from all walks of life and experience, some are part-time and even remote working – flexibility is vital for us both and we promote that with our team” she added.

Phil: “We’re all about quality, our team members are the best we can find and our only criteria is to keep the quality up on everything we do so that the client and their potential customers get the best.”

Miranda: “Marketing is all about ideas, being just that little bit better than your competitors – this could be on price, quality, long term results, savings or benefits.”

The Hook team tell us that they cannot wait to bring more passionate members on board and look forward to the New Year with great optimism and growth ahead.
