The rumours that Mr Bean and Michael Gove are one and the same can now be confirmed. Although Rowan Atkinson has yet to comment it is believed that neither can open a fete in two different locations.
That is now two major characters in Western culture that Michael Gove can lay claim to. Mr Bean and Baldrick although he is by no means alone.
