With just three days to go until GCSE results are handed out, school-leavers across the county are eagerly anticipating the tiny letters of success on their statement of results. Weymouth College knows all too well the excitement and mixed feelings of anxiety and hope the students will be feeling and are therefore holding a GCSE Surgery Day on results day.

If you have just taken your GCSEs and are anxious or worried about what your results may be; drop in on Friday 24th August to the Weymouth College reception after you’ve collected your results. We’ll have a nice cup of tea waiting and some friendly advisors to go through the next steps, should your results be exceptional or not quite what you were hoping for.

Weymouth College offers impartial and free advice to anyone, of any age, background or ability. We know how stressful waiting for exam results is and we would like to encourage all learners that the College has a range of full-time, part-time, apprenticeships and higher education courses to suit all levels of academic ability.

If you would like to come along to our guidance and information day on Friday 24th you can just pop in or alternatively you can book an appointment with one of our advisors, should you prefer. You can book via the College reception by calling free: 0800 808 9440 or by emailing [email protected].

For a full range of full-time, part-time, leisure, apprenticeships, higher education, facilities and public lecture courses, please visit the Weymouth College website: www.weymouth.ac.uk or give reception a call on the free number above.
