We are pleased to confirm that missing man Robert, from Bournemouth, has been found.
The 77-year-old was reported missing having last been seen on Friday 7 March 2025.
Following searches and enquiries by officers, he has now been located.
We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal.
Officers are appealing for information from the public as they carry out enquiries to locate a missing man from Bournemouth.
Robert, who is 77 years old, was reported missing, having last been seen in the town on the evening of Friday, 7 March 2025.
He is described as five feet seven inches tall and may appear stooped or with his chin on his chest. He has grey hair down to the bottom of his neck.
Robert was wearing a dark brown woolly zip-up jumper, blue jeans and white or grey trainers with blue detailing.
It is understood Robert has links to the Cornwall area.
Inspector Richard Winn, of Dorset Police, said: “While we have no information that Robert has come to any harm, he has not been seen for a number of days now, and we are becoming concerned for his welfare.
“I would urge anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, or who has seen a man matching the description given, to please contact us.
“I would also like to make a direct plea to Robert if you see this appeal to please get in touch with us or your loved ones and let us know where you are. We just want to make sure that you are all right.”
