Officers investigating an assault in Dorchester are issuing an image of a woman they would like to speak to.

At approximately 3.30pm on Wednesday 14 August 2019 a woman was shopping in Marks & Spencer on South Street when an altercation occurred involving another woman.

The victim asked the woman to move so that she could get her pushchair through and was then pushed causing her to fall backwards. She sustained an injury to her shoulder that did not require hospital treatment.

Inspector Neil Wood, of Dorchester police, said: “As part of my enquiries I have obtained an image of a woman we would like to speak to.

“I am appealing to anyone who recognises her to please get in touch.

“I would also like to hear from anyone who may have been shopping in the store at the time and witnessed the incident.”
