Following this:
Labour’s leading Black Politicians unite to refute Chuka Umunna’s labelling of Labour as institutionally racist
the PM still continued with the interesting notion that the Labour party is riddled with racism and that she and the Tories are fighting it with all the energy of Samson on steroids. .
Jo Phillips decided to take a closer look and… well let’s just say that the fairies at the bottom of the garden are still busy.
1. 'Hostile environment' – created when May was Home Secretary. This included 'go home' vans and was the precursor to the 'Windrush scandal'
— Jo Phillips (@joglasg) September 13, 2018
2. Windrush – not only have people died, not only does her Govt have no idea how many people have been impacted, not only did it create grave distress and fear amongst British citizens who have been here longer than most of us have been alive .. she took no responsibility
— Jo Phillips (@joglasg) September 13, 2018
3. Islamophobia in the Conservative Party
The Muslim Council of Britain, reps of Mosques and community groups and Tory members are all insisting that her Party has an Islamophobia issue. Baroness Warsi says this is daily. May STILL refuses to hold an investigation
— Jo Phillips (@joglasg) September 13, 2018
4. Donald Trump – Theresa May has held hands twice with Donald Trump. She invited him for a state visit within days of his inauguration. Donald Trump is an Islamophobe and a racist. He pursues Islamophobic policies. He retweeted Britain First. He has targeted Mexican children
— Jo Phillips (@joglasg) September 13, 2018
5. Boris Johnson
May's former Foreign Secretary has a hideous history of racist metaphors and language. Latterly he has inflamed Islamophobia by targeting what women wear.
Boris Johnson was able to resign from a job he should have been sacked from many times
— Jo Phillips (@joglasg) September 13, 2018
6. Support of Islamophobic and AntiSemitic leaders
If you don't know how sinister Orban is, Google him. Tory MEPs were whipped (forced to vote) to support his Government https://t.co/QTFQWCUFh1
— Jo Phillips (@joglasg) September 13, 2018
7. Failure to censure Tory MPs / support of who have indulged in racism and Islamophobia
– Andrew Rosindell
– Bob Blackman
– Anne Marie Morris (Whip restored)
– Boris Johnson as above
– Nadine Dorries— Jo Phillips (@joglasg) September 13, 2018
8. Alignment with the DUP
A far right Party that regularly stokes sectarianism and anti Catholic hatred in Northern Ireland and beyond
— Jo Phillips (@joglasg) September 13, 2018
9. Close relationship including consistently briefing via the back door – The Sun and The Daily Mail. Their Editors and their Owners.
These publications have been consistently forced to apologise to British Muslims for publishing hateful lies about them. They still do it.

‘The jury can now retire to consider whether Theresa May is in fact a telling a porky.’ ‘Oh you don’t need to.’
Verdict? ‘Guilty as a puppy next to a pile of poo’.
Nice and simple. Thank you.
