Are you passionate about changing the lives of the homeless and others at risk of homelessness?
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our Routes to Roots’ team to deliver motivational activities and well-being projects to individuals, particularly those who are newly housed or who are vulnerably housed and in danger of falling back into homelessness.
Routes to Roots provides practical and emotional support to clients. You will need to be able to effectively assess the needs of clients, put in place appropriate projects and support systems and record client outcomes.
If you are able to research, set-up and deliver projects that will benefit and develop our client group then this could be your next challenge.
You need to thrive managing your own workloads, have imagination and drive to implement projects and have excellent administration and IT skills. You will need a valid driving licence and your own transport.
