Dig out your running shoes and start warming up – the 2018 Bournemouth Bay Run takes place Sunday 8th April and organisers are delighted to announce that locally based insurance company Health-on-Line are the new, proud, event title sponsors.

Supported by the British Heart Foundation, the Health-on-Line Bournemouth Bay Run is set to welcome more than 4500 runners to the resort to participate in the popular half marathon, 10k, 5k or 1k family fun run.

Fiona Carter, Brand and Marketing Manager at Health-on-Line said; “Health-on-Line are delighted to be sponsoring the Bournemouth Bay Run in 2018, and joining the plight to raise additional funds and awareness of the British Heart Foundation. As a local company, not only is this a superb event to be working alongside but, it also complements our mission to create a healthier Bournemouth community in 2018. With four races to choose from, the event is aimed at all levels of ability, and something we hope will be embraced by the town – it’s simply the perfect partnership.”

Organisers are encouraging runners and kids to #beyourownhero with the Health-on-Line Bournemouth Bay Run embracing a superhero theme.  Race Director, Tom Powell, added; “It’s so much fun, that’s really what the day is all about and what better way to get into the spirit than to dress up and come as your favourite hero or create your own. I believe that Super Health-on-Line Man will be appearing as well!”

Online applications are open soon and the closing date for entries is Friday 23rd March at 4pm visit www.bhf.org.uk to register your interest.  For more information about Health-on-Line visit www.health-on-line.co.uk
