Gaining encouragement and learning lessons from the South American countries that have faced brutal violent oppression from far right fascist regimes, more often than not supported by the USA and our own UK government including when Labour were in power.

‘Moderates’ they call themselves. I doubt that many who align with that seemingly middle ground and benevolent sounding term are fully aware of the reality of what terror those who head up and lead such an ideology bring upon so many people on this Earth? Not in my name.

While we in the UK suffer despair and a sense of hopelessness due to what seems impossible odds to install true social change here, the Latin American countries can inspire us to find the way to overcome those challenges despite the, by comparison, horrendous repressive conditions over many decades and generations and still win power for the people.
