I am only guessing, but I suspect Fox and Billie Piper had an argument. Billie was of the left and Fox thought ‘**** it’ I’m going all
to p*** her off. Since then, he has managed to move on from a small interpersonal conflict to becoming one of the scariest jokes the UK has. Poor Billy and the kids are the real victims here. The rest of us can feel relieved that this is someone else’s tragedy.
