Detectives investigating an assault in Poole that left a man with a serious head injury are issuing images of six men they would like to speak to.

Dorset Police received a report at around 2.15am on Saturday 25 March 2023 of an altercation taking place in Old Orchard.

Officers attended and a man aged in his 30s was treated by the ambulance for a head injury. He remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Detective Constable Chelsie Reilly, of Bournemouth CID, said: “We are continuing to investigate this assault and have obtained CCTV images of six people we would like to speak to as part of our enquiries.

“I would urge anyone with information relating to their identity to please contact us.

“I would also like to hear from any witnesses to the incident, or anybody who may have captured anything on dashcam, home CCTV or doorbell camera footage that could assist our investigation.”
