New Shows On Sale At Poole Lighthouse

Lighthouse, Poole is pleased to announce the following new shows and screenings on sale this week:

Sew Christmas: Christmas Sewing Workshops with Sewing Mrs Bee
Thursday 12, Thursday 19 December, 10am, Function Room 2
Take a break from the hurly-burly of prepping for Christmas to spend a morning making bespoke Christmas decorations. Machine sewn workshop on 12 Dec and hand-sewn workshop on 19 Dec.

NT Live: The Importance of Being Earnest (cert TBC)
Thursday 20, Saturday 22, Tuesday 25 February, 7pm (Thurs, Tues), 4pm (Sat), Cinema
Three-time Olivier Award-winner Sharon D Clarke is joined by Ncuti Gatwa (Doctor Who; Sex Education) in this joyful reimagining of Oscar Wilde’s most celebrated comedy filmed live at the National Theatre in front of an audience.

Kerry Godliman: Bandwidth
Wednesday 5 March, 7.45pm, Theatre

While parenting teenagers, bogged down with knicker admin and considering dealing HRT on the black market, Kerry​’s lost her mum bag but can’t remember what was in it as she’s outsourced her memory to her phone. Michael Rosen: Getting Through It

Poetry legend Michael Rosen presents his new one-person show Getting Through It, featuring a double-bill of monologues: The Death of Eddie and Many Kinds of Love. Age guidance: 15+

Jason Manford: A Manford for All Seasons
Friday 28 March, 7.30pm, Concert Hall

Jason Manford is back with his brand-new live show and is sure to be ‘expert observational comedy’ (The Guardian) mixed with ‘comedy gold’ (Mail on Sunday). Age guidance: 14+

Killer Couples with Emma Kenny
Wednesday 24 September, 7.45pm, Theatre

Emma unravels the complex psychology of couples who commit the unthinkable, transforming their intimate bond into a pact of death and destruction. Age guidance: 16+
