Police and Crime Commissioner for Dorset, Martyn Underhill, is looking for members to join his second forum which will take place in Poole on Friday 24th May 2013. It will run from 10.00am to 12.00pm at Alderney West Community Centre.

The Commissioner’s surgery will take place after the forum, from 12.30pm to 2.30pm. Mr Underhill is inviting members of the community to book a private twenty minute surgery session with him, to discuss any individual matters in confidence.

The PCC forum is open to any member of the community who has an interest in community safety, crime and policing. This presents the community with an opportunity to raise local issues directly with the PCC.

Martyn Underhill said: “I am committed to achieving a forum which is truly representative of the Poole area and I welcome applications from all sections of the community.”

Susan Bickle, Community Engagement Officer for the PCC added: “The PCC forums are an ideal opportunity for members of the community to meet their Police and Crime Commissioner. It will give them an opportunity to have their voices heard and will actively contribute in making Dorset an even better place to live.”

To express interest in becoming a forum member or to book a surgery appointment, please contact Susan Bickle, PCC Community Engagement Officer on 01202 223743 or email [email protected].
