‘Progressive International’ has been set up by Yanis Varoufakis and Bernie Sanders. It’s a collaboration project between Yanis’s DiEM25 (a movement fighting to restore democracy in Europe) and The Sanders Institute and it’s primary goals are to fight the rise of right wing fascists movements around the world – groups who right now are aligning themselves in an effort to spread their hate and intolerance, attack workers rights and destroy our environment. Groups who show no respect for democracy or decency.
