Public appeal in search for missing Bournemouth teenager

Officers searching for missing teenager Jodie Fourmaux are pleased to confirm she has been found safe and well.

Jodie, 18, had last been seen at the address where she was living in Bournemouth at around 6.30pm yesterday, Wednesday 20 June 2018, and she was reported missing at midnight.

She has now been located in the Bournemouth area.

Officers searching for a teenager who went missing from an address in Bournemouth are appealing for help from the public to find her.

Jodie Fourmaux, aged 18, was last seen at the address where she is living in Persley Road at around 6.30pm on Wednesday 20 June 2018. She was reported missing at midnight.

Jodie is described as white, around five feet seven inches tall, of medium build and with short blonde hair. She is also known to wear wigs of various styles and colours.

It is believed she was wearing a black jumper with red and white markings on the chest and sleeve area and ripped black jeans.

Chief Inspector Jim Beashel, of Dorset Police, said: “Jodie is a vulnerable individual and we are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.

“We are carrying out extensive searches around the area of her address and other properties she has links to and I would urge anyone with information as to her whereabouts, or who sees a girl matching the description given to contact police.

“I would also urge Jodie if she sees this appeal to make contact with us as we want to ensure you are safe and well.”
