The next meeting of the ‘Save the Local Health Services’ is on Wednesday evening,  21st November, 7.00pm – 8.30pm, at the Weymouth Community Safety Centre (next to the new Fire Station on Radipole Lane).
When you get there, please look for the ’38 Degrees Meeting’ sign.

Agenda

1) Sarah will read brief minutes of last meeting – matters arising (5 mins)

2) Sarah will introduce the 38 Degrees Campaign, and immediate goals (5 mins).

3) We will decide who will organise a meeting with our local CCG, invite media etc (10-15 mins).

4) We will discuss our general ‘stance’ towards our local CCG at present (10-15 mins).

5) Sarah will ask if anyone would like to take on the roles of Chair and Secretary (10 mins).

6) We will open the floor to general questions/discussion (20 mins).

Suggested items:

– Should we collect petition sigs from non-38 Degrees members? Those not online? (If yes, there will be petition forms available for people to take home).

 7) Karen will tell the group how much ‘petty cash’ was collected, and the amount entered into the minutes (5 mins).

8) Anyone with expenses to claim will be invited to collect payment from Karen at the end of the meeting.

There will be 30 mins after the meeting to chat and have tea, coffee, biscuits etc.

Please feel free to invite anyone you think would be interested – they don’t have to be 38 Degrees members.

Hope to see you there.
