Personally I find this disgusting but with the government determined to undermine the NHS and starve it of necessary extra funding, not a surprise. A slow drip, drip no matter what soundbites are thrown our way.
A campaign in the 1960’s and 1970’s attempted rid us of pay beds. Here we go again.
