Police and HM Coastguard Searching For Missing Poole Man

Officers are appealing for help from the public as they search for a missing man from Poole.

Jason, aged 50, was last seen at around 11pm on Monday, 2 June 2025, along the coastline near to Napier Road in Poole.

He is described as being of average build, wearing a green fleece material tracksuit with a hood and Nike Air Max trainers.

Inspector Robin Morgan, of Dorset Police, said, “Jason was on a cabin cruiser boat, which ran aground, and he subsequently entered the water to try and free it. His whereabouts are currently unknown, and we are working with HM Coastguard to search for him.

“We have been carrying out searches of the immediate area alongside the HM Coastguard helicopter and lifeboats to try and find him and would ask anyone who may have seen him or have information that may assist to get in touch.”

Anyone with information or knowledge as to Jason’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting incident number 2:582.
