War mongers like John Bolton, Rudy Giuliani etc have taken big money to speak at events held by the Iranian cult/terrorist group called the MEK. The US is working hard to create chaos, violence, rebellion and war in Iran to undermine the government there and replace it with a government that will submit to US dictates and hand over control of its oil/natural gas.
Do not be deceived. “Freedom and democracy” have no role in US foreign policy whatsoever as verified by our continuing partnership with the worst human rights offender and most absolute dictatorship in the world – Saudi Arabia as well as our undying devotion to the oppressive, apartheid system in Israel.
Women have considerably more rights and freedoms in Iran than Saudi (however there is much room for improvement).
And the US is heavily involved in supporting Saudi Arabia’s continuing war of terror against Yemen, one of the greatest humanitarian disasters of our time.
While Iran is helping Syria fight against ISIS and al Qaeda and has been instrumental in saving minority populations there including Christians, Saudi Arabia and the US have been supporting terrorist groups in Syria including both ISIS and al Qaeda.
In Iran, there are many churches and synagogues – millions of Christians and thousands of Jews. In Saudi Arabia churches and synagogues are outlawed.
In Iran, there is an elected president who shares power with the religious authorities.
In Saudi Arabia there are no elected leaders and the religious police are so extremist, they allowed 15 girls to burn to death in a school fire by preventing rescue workers from reaching them – because the girls might not be “fully covered”.
