The BBC are reporting that according to the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authorities List Tobias Ellwood Conservative MP for Bournemouth East and Government Minister failed to pay back £26.50 in expenses. The Commons expenses watchdog has also named 25 other current and former MPs who had debts of up to £500 written off after failing to pay them.

The total amount written off over the 12-month period was £2,105.43.
