The Islington Conservatives tweet read: ‘Great initiative by the Conservatives. Anyone with any mental health problems should be neutered and helped because #everymindmatters.’
Then it was deleted some time later and an apologetic tweet explained that it was meant to read ‘nurtured’. Whilst they tried to call it a ‘typo’ others have since corrected them and commented that actually they had exacerbated the first ‘mistake’ by not calling it a Freudian Slip.
Will leave it to the readers to make their own minds up
