Officers investigating an alleged dangerous driving incident in Poole are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

The incident happened at around 2.20pm on Tuesday 15 August 2023 before a silver Vauxhall Zafira was abandoned outside Tesco on Waterloo Road.

A 36-year-old Bournemouth man was arrested on suspicion of driving offences and a 26-year-old man, also from Bournemouth, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug class A. Both men were released under investigation.

Police Constable Tom Henley, of Poole police, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to the incident who have not spoken with police yet to please contact us.

“Also, I would like to hear from anyone who may have captured anything of relevant dashcam footage.”
