Well that was a wasted opportunity from Keir Starmer

What message do we take?

What was said re Green economic agenda?

Workers pay and rights? Minorities? Disabled people?

People who don’t have money to buy bonds-I.e. most people?

Infrastructure spending? National Investment Banks? Tenants? Women’s equality? Homelessness?

How we would be different to Tories?

Look, the Blairite right thought the speech was poor. Economists thought it was rubbish. Starmer’s own supporters thought it was vague, lacked clarity, not remotely radical etc…and the left, in general, thought it was poor.

Just ask yourself this: WHAT vision was outlined here? In a speech we were promised was a keynote speech re priorities.

I’m attaching some photos of great points made by others.

You cannot polish a turd.

Keir Starmer, by any objective measure, is not up to the job. At all. People need to stop putting their pride and bad choices ahead of what is DESPERATELY needed. It’s immoral and unethical to continue defending this farce. The country and planet do not have the luxury of time to humour the ego of failed centrist neo liberals with a God complex just because they may look good in a suit.

Please, have a modicum of respect for our intelligence….
