Witness Appeal Following Public Order Incidents In Poole Park

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward following public order incidents in Poole.

Dorset Police received two separate reports of an abusive man in Poole Park near the play park on Thursday 12 December 2024.

The incidents occurred between approximately 7.45am and 9.15am.

It was reported that the man shouted at members of the public and made attempts to kick two people.

Police Constable Kenny Follina, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out further enquiries into these incidents to establish the full circumstances.

“It is understood from victim accounts that others may have been in the park at the time, and I am keen to hear from anyone who was in the vicinity on the morning of Thursday 12 December 2024 and witnessed anything suspicious.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55240190504. Alternatively, independent charity Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously online at Crimestoppers-uk.org or by calling Freephone 0800 555 111.
