Baboo Gelato, maker of delicious locally-sourced ice cream, has joined forces with award-winning West Country wine producer Furleigh Estate to produce a sensational new sorbet.
Furleigh Estate’s delectable Sea Pink Rosé is a dry, still wine packed with ripe summer fruits and hints of floral scents. It shows great depth of flavour and excellent vibrancy on the finish and works beautifully to create a delightfully pink palate-cleansing sorbet. It is the perfect treat for a summer’s day, and works brilliantly as an easy but sophisticated dessert for a dinner party.
Baboo Gelato’s new Sea Pink Rose sorbet is available from selected retailers in the South West in 500ml pots, RRP £6.
