Bournemouth & Poole College hosts Flavours of India taster and demonstration evening

Bournemouth & Poole College will host a taster and demonstration evening of authentic Indian cuisine, prepared by celebrity chef Sarah Ali Choudhury on Thursday, March 22 from 6-9pm at its Lansdowne site.

During the event guests will be treated to a range of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes and will also have the opportunity to interact with Sarah and taste some of her culinary creations.
Tickets costs £35 per person and can be booked online at www.thecollege.co.uk/indian-cuisine

Following the event, Sarah Ali Choudhury will deliver two four-week Flavours of India cookery courses in conjunction with the College, commencing on Thursday, April 23 or Monday, June 11.
