CCTV appeal following bike theft in Bournemouth

Officers investigating the theft of a bicycle in Bournemouth are issuing CCTV images of the suspect.

At around 4.50pm on Wednesday 21 August 2019 the victim left their orange mountain bike unsecured inside at the Co-Op store at Castle Lane West, near to the checkouts. A man was seen on CCTV to take the bike and leave the store with it.

Police Community Support Investigator Rich Frew, of Dorset Police, said: “We have obtained CCTV images from the store of the suspect but have so far been unable to identify him.

“I would ask anyone who recognises this man to please contact us.”
