Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward following the theft of items from a construction site in Weymouth.
The incident occurred sometime between 11.55pm on Monday 12 March and 12.45am on Tuesday 13 March 2018. Two men travelled in a dark-coloured saloon car along Preston Road and into the Chalbury Stores car park. They were then seen to get out of the vehicle and walk onto the construction site in Littlemoor Road.
The offenders cut the cables of four CCTV cameras before taking the cameras and a laser level tripod.
Police Constable Carl Wood, of Weymouth police, said: “As part of my investigation I am now in a position to issue a CCTV image of the two suspects. While their faces are clearly hidden, I hope that someone may recognise them from the clothing they are wearing. I would urge anyone who can help me identify these two men to please come forward.
“I am also keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area the relevant time.”
