Court documents have revealed that during his stays at Jeffrey Epstein’s Florida home, Prince Andrew indulged in daily massages, as disclosed by the billionaire’s former housekeeper.

The released records contain a transcript of a video interview with Juan Alessi, who was employed at the Palm Beach residence of the notorious financier. The initial publication of these documents caused the court’s website to crash earlier this week, although much of the content reiterated information already in the public domain.

In a sworn 2009 video interview, Mr. Alessi fielded inquiries about Epstein’s connections with the Duke of York and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson. He noted that while he believes the Duchess of York visited the Florida estate briefly only once, Andrew was a frequent guest, spending extended periods there.

When questioned about massages, Mr. Alessi confirmed their frequency, stating Andrew received them daily. The prince withdrew from public life amid scrutiny over his association with Epstein in November 2019. Subsequently, he was distanced from official royal duties and stripped of his HRH title after Virginia Giuffre accused him of assaulting her when she was 17. He vehemently denies these allegations. Hence, his mum paid £12 million to the victim in an out-of-court settlement.

Included in the third and fourth sets of documents, totaling 73 exhibits, are details about Epstein’s sexual abuse of teenage girls. The third batch comprises 411 pages, while the fourth contains 649. These papers were part of a lawsuit brought by Ms. Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend and longtime associate, which was settled in 2017.

The documents mention various celebrities and politicians who associated with or collaborated with Epstein before accusations against him were made public. They reveal details such as Harvey Weinstein contacting Epstein and a call from the wife of former Victoria’s Secret CEO Les Wexner. Moreover, they indicate that during the search of Maxwell’s computer, terms like “Prince,” “Andrew,” “masturbate,” and “nipple” were looked for by investigators.
