Leading Dorset and Somerset law firm, Humphries Kirk, hosted a successful presentation in its Poole office, with financial advisors from Zeta Holdings in Malta.

Local businesses attended the event on Tuesday March 27 in the Humphries Kirk Poole office.

The Commercial Department of Humphries Kirk welcomed accountants, financial service providers, investment managers and investment advisors to the successful presentation.

Zeta, a client of Humphries Kirk, specialises in investment assistance, consultancy and tax advice, as well as fiduciary and trusts services. Zeta representatives presented on optimising Maltese platforms, including companies, trusts and foundations, and explained how to use these platforms for investment.

James Selby Bennett, partner at Humphries Kirk, commented: “We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our client, Zeta Holdings, for presenting at our Poole office. The event helped remind local businesspeople that we are an unusual provincial law firm with a long and international reach. It was great to see so many people at the presentation.

“Malta is a very attractive base out of which to do business in the European Union and the Eurozone. Zeta were able to share their experiences and offer advice on the advantages of using Maltese platforms for investment. They deal with fund management, crypto currencies and digital ledger technology, all of which were of interest to our gathered audience.”

Humphries Kirk assists private and commercial clients with legal matters. The firm has offices in Poole, Bournemouth, Parkstone, Swanage, Wareham, Dorchester and Crewkerne and has an international network of lawyers. Visit www.hklaw.eu for more information.
