Have you heard the moan that there’s ‘always some kind of reorganisation in the NHS’? Well, there are a lot (a LOT) of name changes, but they all lead us to the same place. We lose access to the kind of care we’ve had for over 70 years, care for everyone, for everything, for all our lives. We lose the convenience and accessibility of hospitals and GPs close at hand. Wherever you live there’ll have been at least one closure near you at some point in the last 30 years.
