Officers investigating a burglary in Christchurch are appealing for information and releasing images of stolen jewellery.

At around 4.45am on Thursday 12 December 2019 a break-in occurred at the Christchurch Emporium in Bridge Street and a large number of jewellery items were stolen from a glass display cabinet.

Police Constable Matt Brennan, of East Dorset police, said: “Many of the items that were stolen are unique pieces that are not available on general sale.

“I am releasing images of a number of these items in the hope that someone may come across them. I would urge anyone with information in relation to these items being offered for sale to please contact us.”
