It breaks my heart that the Labour party is being sold down the river by establishment figures

“Labour won’t take a lead on anti-black racism, but fortunately we have Unilever subsidiary Ben & Jerry’s and country singer Dolly Parton to lead the way. Strange times.” David Osland

This breaks my heart. Genuinely breaks my heart how, as a comparison to pre-April 2020, The Labour Party have been escalated into The Establishment and, as things stand now, are currently part of the problem, not the solution. Anyone, and I do mean anyone, who says this is not true is part of the problem. I am genuinely ashamed at how bad the Party is being re BAME/race/abuse/bullying issues. So far, it has been ENTIRELY based in ideology and factionalism. It has been the literal opposite of the founding principles of the Party, and it is absolutely no where near good enough. Now the General Secretary sends an email around which returns the Party to the days of the Blair dictatorship.

Corbyn opened up the Party to members and made it the most democratic it had ever been. Now, WITH NO MANDATE, as it goes against the pledges officially committed to by Starmer (and Rayner), Labour is regressing at an incredibly alarming rate re it’s core values.

I want to make it clear, that I will not be bullied, and it’s going to be literally over my dead body that I will ever accept the rank hypocrisy, bullying and racism currently infecting the culture at the top of the Party. Anyone who sees this and says nothing is absolutely no friend or comrade of mine. Why are you in the Party if you turn a blind eye to such things? Surely you joined the Party to fight AGAINST such behaviour?! I will not cower to veiled threats, no matter who you are. So any such behaviour is being, and will continue to be, met with the contempt and dismissal it roundly deserves.

Just one example of the totalitarian approach by Keir Starmer’s Labour party:

THE MEMBERS are the Party-we tell the hierarchy what policies we should be following, not the other way around. You are there to serve US, and the general population. Not your mates, not your egos. JUST DO WHAT YOU LITERALLY PROMISED TO DO, AND WHY YOU WERE ELECTED. THAT SHOULD NOT BE AN UNREASONABLE DEMAND, KEIR ET AL.
