The sarcastic laughing when Boris Johnson answered a question about trust in politicians has been removed by the BBC. Here therefore is the original.

On BBC last night, Boris Johnson looked a woman who’d lost her pension in the face and said he couldn’t “magic up” cash for her.

He was asked about his disgusting racist and homophobic comments. He refused to apologise.

He was asked about telling the truth. The audience laughed in his face.
