but hey don’t blame the government, blame the local authorities who have had their budgets slashed. Blame the communities who have seen their social services stretched to breaking point. Blame the youth workers who are fighting day in day out to keep provision that is a necessity. In fact blame anyone but the government why the social fabric of society is being destroyed.
