Public Advised To Call 999 If They See Wanted Man From Christchurch

Officers searching for wanted man Jordan McClay can confirm he has been located and arrested.

The 34-year-old from Christchurch was wanted in connection with an alleged assault in Bournemouth on Thursday, 23 January 2025, as well as other alleged offences.

Following enquiries by officers, he has now been located.

We would like to thank members of the public who shared our appeal.

Officers are issuing an appeal for information from the public as they carry out enquiries to locate a wanted man from Christchurch.

Jordan McClay, aged 34 and from Christchurch, is wanted in connection with an alleged assault in Southcote Road in Bournemouth on Thursday 23 January 2025, as well as other alleged offences.

McClay is described as approximately five feet eight inches tall and of medium build with brown hair.

Detective Sergeant Eleanor Jones, of Dorset Police, said: “We have been carrying out a number of enquiries to locate Jordan McClay but have so far been unsuccessful.

“I am appealing to any members of the public with information regarding his whereabouts to please come forward.

“While we have no information to indicate McClay presents a risk to members of the public, anyone who sees him is urged not to approach him but to dial 999 immediately.”
