Reform UK Unmasked: It Just Keeps Getting Worse

Oh dear, oh dear.

Reform has just SUSPENDED their council leader in Worcestershire and her son, in a move to clear the way for Alan Amos – the former Tory MP (and man who thinks rape is taken too seriously).

In a nutshell, this means two things.

  1. Worcestershire County Council’s Reform UK group is now likely to lose between 2 and 6 councillors, bringing their total number down to just 20.
  2. It is now looking mathematically impossible for Alan Amos to be made council leader in a few days, as he hopes. He doesn’t have the votes.

So just a few days after Reform celebrated taking three new councils elsewhere in the country, Worcestershire looks set to make history as the first place where Reform LOST control.

Well. Done.

Meanwhile our local services continue to go to the dogs – our potholes remain unfilled – and our SEND children continue having to commute out as far as LUDLOW just to get a decent education.

But no, tell me more about how Reform UK is the change we need in this county.

I could do with a good laugh.

In Reading:

Farage fact-checked:

YET ANOTHER ONE GONE!

Stephen Mounsell was elected as a Reform UK LTD councillor last week but has now resigned after his work as a gay porn star became an issue. It was never going to go down well with the blue rinse brigade and the fash that support Reform UK LTD.

I just have no idea why he would stand for Reform UK LTD.

Reform UK councillor doing exactly what people have come to expect from Reform UK councillors. Caught lying.

And, naturally, he is also a GB News political commentator.

A House of Cards

Like a house of cards, they keep falling over.

Since the local election this year alone, we have had the following:

Stephen Mousdell, Haydock Ward, St. Helens, resigned after he posted online explicit pornographic material that was open to be viewed by young children.

Glen Gibbins, Hylton Castle, Sunderland, was suspended because of extreme racist social media posts.

Jay Cooper, Bootle West, Sefton, Merseyside, a Holocaust denier, is no longer welcome at Reform UK LTD.

Stuart Prior, Rayleigh West, Essex, expelled and resigned for extensive racist posts on social media.

Ben Rowe, Ham Ward, Plymouth, was suspended for once again offensive posts on social media.

Ashley Monk, Bromsgrove, resigned and is now sitting as an independent due to disputes on the council.

Nathaniel Menday, Woidhiuse Ward, Sheffield, was suspended for sharing pictures of swastikas, Mein Kampf, and other far-right iconography.

Barry Martin, Staffordshire, resigned his seat after complaints about his conduct and social media posts, also made the comments that council meetings were “dull and boring” and “do I really wanna do this?”

Daniel Devaney, Clayton and Fairweather Green, Bradford, believed to be a “paper” candidate and never wanted the role; he was left on the ballot after pulling out and was elected anyway. Was exposed for posting extreme anti-Muslim posts on social media.

Louise Emery, Llandudno Gogarth Mostyn Ward, was forced to resign by law for holding dual mandates.

Thomas Montgomery, Tudno Ward, was forced to resign by law for holding dual mandates, as above.

Jo Monk, Bromsgrove, was removed for bringing the party into dispute and refusing to abide by a democratic process.

Each local by-election can cost the taxpayer some £25-30,000; that means if these all have to go down this route, we are looking at a cost of £300-350,000 to the taxpayer.

This is only the start because we know Reform UK LTD’s vetting procedures are diabolically poor.

Maybe Nigel Farage should be made to pay for every by-election caused by his incompetence from the nice little £5,000,000 bung he got.
