Officers investigating reports of a public order incident and collision in Corfe Mullen are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward.

Dorset Police received a report at around 2.15pm on Saturday 20 August 2022 of a collision in Wareham Road, near to junction with Hillside Road, involving a black Audi A3 and a blue Ford Focus.

It was reported that the two vehicles involved had previously been travelling on the A350 toward Corfe Mullen and the drivers had got out of their cars near to the Limberlost junction, where they were involved in a verbal altercation. They had then returned to their vehicles before travelling along Wareham Road, where the collision occurred.

There were no reports of any injuries.

Police Constable William Saunders, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out a number of enquiries into these incidents and I am keen to speak to any witnesses who may be able to assist our investigation.

“I am also keen to hear from anyone who may have captured any relevant dashcam footage.”
