James Gibson Fleming, trustee and chair of the land and property committee at Talbot Village Trust, was a guest speaker at the Bournemouth Development Plans 2018 event, held at the BIC.

James told guests at the conference about plans to invest in the Talbot Project area, and the vision to create a new entrepreneurial hub for the region, including employment space and new university buildings with better landscaping and green space.

James also discussed the aspirations of the Talbot Project, which is a partnership between the Trust, local authorities and the two universities to improve the Talbot campuses and deliver employment and economic benefits to the area.
