Song Released To Support Badger Vaccination Projects

With the controversial badger cull now taking place in Somerset and Gloucestershire, its only a matter of time before it rolls into Dorset.

Badger vaccination groups have formed all over the UK as an alternative to culling and songwriter Linda Lamon has released a song to support them.

The Badger & The Wren has the full backing of BACVI (Badger and Cattle Vaccination Initiative), headed by Queen guitarist and environmentalist, Dr Brian May.

Linda also wrote a song for Dr May when he visited his 160 acre woodland near Bere Regis.

The New Woodland Song was performed by children from Bere regis Community school and the Pop In singers at the opening ceremony of a tree planting event last year.
