Town Centre BID Hosts ‘Customers Love ‘em or Lose Them’ Advice Seminar

The Bournemouth Town Centre BID has hosted a free business advice seminar, focussing on how Levy payers can improve their customer experience and gain a competitive edge.

 Currently, Britain’s high streets and town centres are going through a period of rapid change. This has made it increasingly important for local shops,boutiques, restaurants, cafés and retailers to show a little love for their customers and deliver an experience that exceeds expectations. Giving valuable insights into new ways in which Bournemouth businesses can continue to succeed and maintain a competitive edge, the Bournemouth Town Centre BID has delivered the second in a series of expert-led advice seminars.

During a 2 hour customer experience masterclass, attending businesses were given advice, ideas and inspiration. This included how to reconnect with customers to keep them coming through the doors.Free to attend for Town Centre BID Levy Payers, the advice seminar was delivered by Facilitator Richard Knight, the Regional Director of Shopper Anonymous for Dorset, Bath and Wiltshire. An experienced customer service professional, Richard works with companies across the region, helping them to deliver great customer service for a profitable outcome.

Richard Knight, said:

“It was great to come to Bournemouth and meet a selection of passionate local business owners. To be successful,it’s important for them to show how much they love their customers by investing in and enhancing their customer experience. Customers who feel loved are more likely to come back, buy more, buy more often, and refer others.’’

Taking place on the 17th April, eligible businesses can learn how to use Motivational Maps to navigate change and get the best out of their team.
