Local author Wendy Breckon’s new book Under The Hen’s Bottom has just been published and is available from book shops and farm shops in the Bridport area. This delightful collection of stories is based on Wendy’s childhood experiences growing up in Ulster in the 1950s and 1960s.
The funny, quirky, thoughtful and poignant stories all have instant appeal but will stick in your mind long after you have read them. Wendy will be giving readings from her book at various locations including Waterstones during September.
