The public consultation on Slyer’s Lane Wind Farm near Dorchester is happening now. You need to act quickly as it ends on Dec 20th. The opposition is well funded, well organised and onshore wind energy has become a political football. Dorset has only small single turbines, and has less renewables than Cornwall, Devon, Wiltshire and Somerset! This is a West Dorset issue and you can make a difference locally.

Go to www.westdorsetprowind.org.uk, click and go directly to the planning application page find out what you want to know and and make your comments online- Takes 10 minutes

And then….. Pass the word!
