The Tank Museum & the Dorset Military Vehicle Trust present a new event for 2012.

It will also be the last opportunity to see Tiger 131 in action this year, as The Tank Museum stages a special display of World War Two tanks. The Wartime military vehicle show will allow visitors to see a fantastic collection of military vehicles privately owned by members of the Military Vehicle Trust (MVT). The MVT are a group of military vehicle enthusiasts, who privately look after and restore a range of ex-military machines from jeeps and trucks, to motorbikes and armoured vehicles. With over 7,000 members across the country, there will be a range of these vehicles on display in the Museum’s grounds primarily from Dorset based members. They will be joined by a range of militaria, model and military book stalls along with a range of other traders. With a host of activities for all the family taking place inside the Museum, the Wartime Military Vehicle Show is a great excuse to make a return visit – as annual pass holders are to be admitted FREE!
