A woman seriously injured in a road traffic collision in Bournemouth in November last year has very sadly died.

A collision occurred at around 12.20pm on Sunday 10 November 2019 on Belle Vue Road involving a black Toyota Yaris and a 97-year-old female pedestrian. The local woman was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries. She sadly died on Tuesday 18 February 2020.

Inspector Joe Pardey, of the traffic unit, said: “Our thoughts are with the woman’s family at this difficult time.

“We are continuing to investigate this collision so we can establish the full circumstances of what happened.”
