Want something different to do after work on a Friday?Weymouth College are hosting a Bokwa/Zumba Mash-up in aid of Weymouth College’s charity of the year, Margaret Green Animal Rescue, with the help of Livvy and Vicky from Sisters do Fitness Dorset!

Think disco lights and sound systems, live music from DJ Bonney and having fun in aid of charity! If you’ve not heard of Bokwa before, it’s a brand new fitness craze sweeping the globe where you step out digits and numbers in an aerobic fashion.

This event is suitable for people of all fitness levels and ages so please bring a friend and support this fantastic cause and try something new, while getting fit at the same time.

It will cost just £5 on the door of the Weymouth College sports hall with all proceeds going to the charity. You can just turn up on the day or RSVP on the Weymouth College Facebook page: www.facebook.com/weycol
