Officers investigating a report of a potential robbery in Weymouth are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
At approximately 3.15pm on Sunday 22 September 2019 Dorset Police received a report of a fight involving two men near to the subway on Dorchester Road, at the junction with Manor Road.
It was reported that one of the men took the other man’s bag.
Police Constable Andy Dickinson, of Weymouth police, said: “Enquiries are underway to establish the full circumstances surrounding this incident.
“I have not been able to identify the victim of this potential robbery and I am appealing for him to come forward.
“If you were in the area at the time and either witnessed the incident or have any relevant dashcam footage to assist my investigation please get in touch.”
