The Dolmen (Weymouth Old Town Hall, High Street, Weymouth DT4 8JH): Professor Ronald Hutton, head of history at Bristol University, historical expert on TimeTeam, Timewatch etc. will be giving a talk on the English civil wars and Weymouth’s own intriguing Crabchurch Conspiracy, followed by a performance by The Dolmen of their internationally-acclaimed album named after that historical event, with Professor Hutton and novelist Kit Berry giving narrations between each song. Profits will be donated to the Weymouth Old Town Hall Restoration Project.
