Until March 2014, The Kingcombe Centre in West Dorset is delighted to announce an exclusive winter offer on its accommodation, which is suitable for organisations, businesses and groups looking for a unique venue to meet.

The main accommodation has 11 wildlife-themed en-suite bedrooms, which can accommodate larger groups, at a special reduced rate of £60 per person per day (the minimum group size is five people). This price includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Kingcombe Centre cafe, all prepared by our award winning chef, Pete Thomson.

We are also offering our beautiful self-contained cottage, for just £700 a week, self catered. Beech Cottage has five bedrooms, sleeps eight people and boasts stunning views of the surrounding countryside.  It also includes a fully fitted suite for those with mobility difficulties.  Prices for fully catered options are available on request.

The Kingcombe Centre, which is owned and managed by Dorset Wildlife Trust, is in the heart of the county in Toller Pocorum, West Dorset, surrounded by 1,000 acres of wonderful nature reserve that has not changed in hundreds of years.

Centre Manager, Nick Tomlinson said, “Kingcombe is the ideal place hold your meeting; the peace and quiet means you can really focus on matter in hand, free from the distractions of modern life. When you need a break, the fantastic countryside surrounding the centre is the perfect place to recharge.”

“Whether you have a large gathering that simply needs a place to meet, or a more intimate setting for that crucial business discussion, we have the perfect venue at Kingcombe.”

Sandra Coleridge runs embroidery and embellishing courses and has been taking private groups to the Kingcombe Centre for more than 10 years. She said, “There are comfortable single and double en-suite rooms and the food is exceptionally good, locally sourced, and beautifully cooked on the premises. I will certainly be continuing to use the centre for my courses for many years to come.”
